Injection is one of the core strength at Winson, we possess more than 200 hydraulic injection machines ranging from 80 tons to 800 tons. We are also capable of roto casting, blow molding and extrusion.
Decoration Process
Winson's in-house facilities are strong to support artwork development processes like spray printing, tampo printing, silk screen painting, water transfer decal label and hot stamping.
Electronic Assembly
Winson has extensive experiences in area of surface mount technology, PCB assembly and bonding. Comprehensive RoHS system is in place to assure that our products to comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substance Directive.
Lean Production and Six Sigma
Winson always seeks for continuous improvement and efficiency. We apply Lean and Six Sigma to design the whole production flow and to ensure products are made with the highest efficiency and quality.
